Borussia Gladbach's Mahmoud Dahoud Joins Borussia Dortmund

Liverpool target Mahmoud Dahoud has agreed a deal to join Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season for an undisclosed fee.
The Germany youth international has signed a contract that will keep him at Signal Iduna Park until June 2022, with reports that circulated in 2016 suggesting that he had a £10.3million clause at Borussia Monchengladbach if purchased this summer.

Gladbach confirmed the news on Thursday morning.
A club statement read: “Mahmoud Dahoud will leave Borussia Mönchengladbach this summer, with the 21-year-old completing a transfer to fellow Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund, one year ahead of his contract end date.”
"Mo Dahoud is a hugely talented and exciting player for central midfield and one we have been watching intensively for several years," Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc told the club's official website.

"He has already shown he can play at the top level."
