Real Madrid Midfielder Bale Given Two-Game Ban After Red Card

Gareth Bale has been handed a two-match suspension following his red card in Real Madrid's 3-3 draw with Las Palmas in a La Liga game on Wednesday.
The Wales star received a straight red after kicking Las Palmas' Jonathan Viera on purpose before pushing him to the ground.

The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) have now made a decision on the incident and banned Bale for Madrid's next two games.

He will miss Saturday's match against Eibar and the home game against Real Betis on March 12.
