Petition For Bradley To Hand EPL Title Chelsea Goes Viral

A social media post calling for Bradley Lowery to present Chelsea with the Premier League trophy has gone viral.
Bradley, who is terminally ill with a rare childhood cancer called neuroblastoma, has been a mascot for Sunderland and England throughout the season, with his story touching the hearts of football fans across Europe.

Bradley turned six on Wednesday, with his beloved Black Cats wishing him well:
Bradley led his beloved Black Cats out for their final home game of the season last Saturday and a Chelsea fan has suggested that the 6-year-old should help present Antonio Conte's side with the English Premier League trophy when Sunderland travel to Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Chelsea fan Guy Burgess wrote: "Just a thought but I think it would be amazing for Bradley to present the Premier League trophy to Chelsea against Sunderland when we play them. Let's get some weight behind this and make it happen."
At the time of writing, the post had been shared in excess of 7,000 times on the social media platform. And it has been retweeted over 18,000 times on Twitter,
