Dortmund's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Linked With Over N28B Move To China

The former African best player has been heavily linked with a big money move to China
Borussia Dortmund superstar Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is on the cusp of a record-breaking transfer move to Chinese Super League club Tianjin Quanjian this summer, according to reports in Germany.

Aubameyang has scored 120 goals in 189 appearances for Dortmund since his debut back in 2013 but the 28-year-old forward is expected to leave the Westfalenstadion ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.

SportBild claim the Gabon international is set to join Tianjin Quanjian for a fee of around N28.3billion (£70million) in what looks set to be the Chinese Super League's most high-profile signing yet.

It's understood Aubameyang, who was also on the radar of Liverpool, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain this summer, will be tied into a N10.89billion (£27million)  -a-year deal with his new club.

He’ll also be able to link up with Alexandre Pato and Axel Witsel, which is a trio any side in world football would be envious of.

Aubameyang took to Instagram last night to post a teasing photo captioned ‘ready for new adventures’. We’ll let you try and decipher that code.
A hard one to decipher

Aubameyang was Bundesliga’s top scorer last season, netting 31 goals.

The Gabon international has been Dortmund’s top scorer for the last three seasons but only has a DFB Pokal cup and DFL Supercup to show for his exploits.

Tianjin are in sixth position in the Chinese Super League table, 15 points off league leaders Guangzhou Evergrande.
