Monaco's Mbappe Holds Secret Transfer Meeting With Real Madrid Boss Zidane

Zidane has reportedly met with wonderkid Kylian Mbappe to make him a promise that could affect either Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale or Karim Benzema.
Real Madrid appear to have jumped the queue to sign Monaco wonderkid Kylian Mbappe, as L'Équipe reports that head coach Zinedine Zidane has held secret talks with the youngster.

The in-demand French forward has been linked with the likes of Arsenal, Manchester City, Barcelona and PSG, and according to Goal, the Parisians have recently made a world record €135m bid for the attacker.

However, Real Madrid seem to have taken the lead in the race for his signature, as L'Équipe report that Los Blancos boss Zidane and club president Florentino Perez have told Mbappe he will be a first team player next season and turn him from superstar to Galatico during secret talks.

Mbappe is said to have come out of the chat enthusiastic, but is yet to make a final decision on his future.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been linked with an exit from Real of late, but Zidane will reportedly do everything he can to convince the Portuguese to stay.  For that reason, it could be Benzema or Bale the club are willing to sell, with the latter said to be on the radar of a few English Premier League clubs.

Mbappe took Europe by storm last season, scoring 26 goals and assisting a further 14 strikes in 44 matches across all competitions for Monaco.
