Real Madrid To Announce Atletico's Theo Deal Next Week As Player Says 'Playing For Real Is A Dream'

The player has discussed his imminent, but Real are yet to confirmed a deal
Real Madrid will announce the signing of Atletico Madrid defender Theo Hernandez next week, according to reports from Spain.

19-year-old Hernandez has had a wonderful season on loan at Alaves, and reportedly didn't want to sign a new Atletico deal when he heard about Real's interest.

Marca report that Real haven't announced the signing officially yet, because they have so far failed to make the €26-million payment to their city rivals.

The report says confirmation is likely to come next week when some members of the first-team return for pre-season training and their tour to the United States.

Speaking at the launch of a sports camp in LA on Tuesday, the France International confessed to 'Los Angeles Sports Today' that "playing for Real has been a dream 'since I was little'".
"I'm really looking forward to next season, I'm excited about playing with the best players in the world," the 19-year-old Frenchman added.

"I've just got to keep on working and fighting hard."
