Ricardo Rodriguez Joins AC Milan From Wolfsburg

AC Milan have completed the signing of Wolfsburg full-back Ricardo Rodriguez on a four-year deal.
The Switzerland international finalised his transfer from the Bundesliga side to the Rossoneri on Thursday, as the club announced his arrival via their official Twitter account, and the player has signed on at the San Siro until 2021
The full-back didn't play in Wolfsburg's play-offs for promotion/relegation game against Braunschweig last week, with reports already suggesting he would move to the Italian side.

The 25-year-old, who spent five seasons in the Bundesliga following a move from FC Zurich, reportedly cost Milan about £13million plus £2.6m in performance-related bonuses. Although the financial details were not announced.

Rodriguez leaves the Volkswagen Arena after a successful five-and-a-half-year spell in Germany.

He made 184 appearances for the Wolves, with whom he won the 2014-15 DFB-Pokal title and the 2015 DFL-Supercup.

Rodriguez already has 45 caps for Switzerland, a sign of just how highly rated he is within the national team, and he was also named 2014 Swiss Footballer of the Year.
