Sead Kolasinac Joins Arsenal From Schalke

​Arsenal announce they have completed the signing of Schalke left-back Sead Kolasinac.
He impressed in the Bundesliga scoring 3 goals and five assists last term.

Arsenal beat European giants, Juventus and Manchester City to the left back's signature.

Arsenal's official twitter account, @Arsenal published #WelcomeKolasinac tweets and announced he would sign a long-term contract this summer.

Schalke confirmed that the defender had signed a deal "which runs until 2022."
A statement on the club's official website said: "Sead Kolasinac will complete a move to Arsenal FC upon the expiry of his contract with Schalke 04 on 30th June 2017. The reigning FA Cup winners, who finished fifth in the 2016/17 Premier League campaign, have agreed a deal with the 23-year-old left back which runs until 2022."
 The Bundesliga club also tweeted: 
Kolasinac helped Schalke finish 10th in the Bundesliga last season, while they reached the quarter-finals of the Europa League where they were knocked out by eventual beaten finalists Ajax.

Arsenal will also participate in the Europa League having missed out on Champions League qualification for the first time in 19 years.
