Report: Mbappe Meets With PSG As Ligue 1 Giants Set To The Monaco Star Ahead Of Real Madrid & Arsenal

Paris Saint-Germain have taken a major step in the race to sign Kylian Mbappe after they met with the 18-year-old and his father, according to reports.
The Monaco hotshot is one of the most sought-after footballers on the planet in this summer’s transfer window.

Real Madrid and Arsenal are both in the hunt for the France international.

But, L’Equipe report that PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and new sporting director Antero Henrique met Mbappe and his father to discuss a potential move.

The Gunners are reported to be preparing a world-record £125million (N50.8 billion) bid for the forward.

However, he is known to be “obsessed” with the Champions League — and Arsenal only qualified for the Europa League after a fifth-place finish last season.

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is alleged to have told him he would even be willing to get rid of one of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema or Gareth Bale to accommodate him.

Mbappe is considered one of the hottest prospects for a generation and Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim admits he is preparing for the worst.
