Guardiola To Help Bayern Pick New Manager

Pep Guardiola has helped his former club Bayern Munich in picking their new head coach.
Bayern have fired Carlo Ancelotti last week, but reports state that they have already settled on a new manager this week, with Bild insisting that this will be Thomas Tuchel and SPORT claiming Luis Enrique is next in line.

And Manchester City manager Guardiola, who coached the team between 2013 and 2016, was called in for help.

He was spotted with Bayern president Uli Hoeness at a restaurant in Munich.

"I told him who we would appoint in the next few days," Hoeness told M√ľnchen newspaper AZ of Guardiola.

"He was satisfied."
The City boss was visiting the city during the international break to take in Oktoberfest celebrations.
