Man City Lower Bid On Arsenal's Alexis Due To Wenger's Words

Arsene Wenger's words could cost Arsenal a lot of money, as it possibly triggered Manchester City to cut the price of their swoop for star man Alexis Sanchez.
The French manager told at a press conference yesterday that Arsenal consider to sell Sanchez and Ozil in January, because both of their contracts expire in the summer of 2018.

These words may have started an auction.

The Daily Mirror reports that after hearing Wenger, City have lowered their bid from N26 billion last July, to N9 billion coming January.

As sources of Mirror tell that Sanchez has made up his mind and decided to move to Man City, it seems it will cost Arsenal more than N16 billion.

Pep Guardiola is keen on signing the Chilean striker, since he can play in the UEFA Champions league, because the Gunner compete in the Europa League.
