Arsenal And Liverpool Set To Battle Over The Signature Of Lozano

Arsenal and Liverpool are both interested in signing PSV Eindhoven forward Hirving Lozano in the January transfer window, according to reports.
The Daily Star is reporting that both Arsenal and Liverpool have been keeping tabs on the 22-year-old Mexico international who has impressed at Dutch club PSV Eindhoven.

The same article suggests that Lozano could be a potential replacement for Chile international Alexis Sanchez, who is being widely tipped to move to English Premier League leaders Manchester City.

And Jurgen Klopp is rumoured to be worried about the future of his prized asset Philippe Coutinho given reported interest from La Liga giants Barcelona in the talented 25-year-old attacker.

According to the same story, Liverpool are ready to spark a bidding war for the South American, who was playing in Mexico’s top flight less than six months ago before his switch to PSV.

Lozano has scored 10 goals in 15 appearances for PSV after the Mexican forward moved to the Dutch club in June 2017 and signed a six-year contract.
