Arsenal And Dortmund Aubameyang Agreement

Arsenal are closing in on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Last week, sporting director of Borussia Dortmund Michael Zorc stated that they will only sell their striker on their terms and it seems like the Gunners have listened.

Dortmund hold on firmly to their €70 million (N31 billion) asking price by rejecting Arsenal's €58m (N25bn) second bid.

The club from North London is desperately looking to land a replacement for Alexis Sanchez and are prepared to go all out for Aubameyang.

David Ornstein of BBC Sport claims that the Gunners are edging Dortmund's asking price with a club-record fee in the region of €68 million (N28.8bn). Die Schwarzgelben are very likely to accept this offer.

The deal will only be struck if die Borussen find a replacement for the Gabon goalscorer.

It remains unclear if Olivier Giroud will walk the opposite route in a loan deal.
