Liverpool Hope To Sign Keita - Report

Liverpool want to speed up Naby Keita's move to Anfield to fill in the gap in their squad after Coutinho completed his £142 million (N67.7bn) transfer to Barcelona.
Keita currently plays on loan, after Liverpool struck a £57m (N27.5bn) deal last summer with Red Bull Leipzig.

The German club doesn't want to lose him in the middle of the season, but the Reds are prepared to pay more for him.

According to The Telegraph, Liverpool don't want to strain their relationship with the German side, so they won't go all out for the Guinean midfielder.

f they don't come to an agreement with Leipzig, then the Merseyside team will wait until the summer to spend the £142 million.

A lot of rumours are going around on who will replace Coutinho. Riyad Mahrez of Leicester City is reportedly in pole position, but it could be that Klopp will hold on to this squad and put Oxlade-Chamberlain or Lallana on his spot.
