Philippe Coutinho Goes Back To Liverpool To Say A 'Proper' Goodbye

Philippe Coutinho finally got his chance to say a proper goodbye to former Liverpool team-mates as he arrived back at Melwood on Monday.
Coutinho, who left to join Barcelona in a move worth £145million (N69bn) earlier this month, was welcomed back by Adam Lallana.

Lallana posted a picture of them both of his Instagram following the 25-year-old's visit.

"Back to say his farewells... a class act this little genius @phil.coutinho," Lallana captioned the post.

Left back Alberto Moreno also posted a photo of himself with Coutinho on his Instagram story.

On the picture Moreno wrote the caption: "Good to see you again brother, thanks for the visit, lots of luck."

The Brazilian travelled to Merseyside on Monday, according to Sport, to ensure he has left without bad blood with a farewell party planned for Tuesday.

It will be attended by Jurgen Klopp and his players, along with Coutinho's friends and family with the 25-year-old determined to leave a good impression after realising his dream by joining the Blaugrana.
