Real Madrid To Sell Kroos To Man United To Fund Bid For Neymar

English club Manchester United have reportedly been given a big boost in the quest to bolster their midfield in the January transfer window, with Spanish giants Real Madrid said to be willing to part with Toni Kroos.
The German international was a target for United ahead of his move to the Spanish capital in 2014, and David Moyes said the deal was 'done.'

However, that possibility was abruptly curtailed when Louis van Gaal, who had coached Kroos at Bayern Munich, vetoed the move after taking the reins as United manager.

But Spanish outlet Don Balon claims United could have another chance to get their man, with Florentino Perez willing to sacrifice Kroos to fund an audacious move for Neymar.

The report suggests that the La Liga giants believe that Kroos would fetch around £90m (N42bn), and that could be used as part of a bumper fee for the Brazilian.
