Report: Chelsea Consider West Ham's Carroll Loan Deal

Chelsea are struggling to score goals this season.
Alvaro Morata's has been goalless for five matches and Michy Batshuayi is not the ideal man in the eyes of manager Antonio Conte.

The Blues are therefore looking the boost their squad with a target man.

The Telegraph reports that Andy Carroll from West Ham United is 'the most attainable' option for Conte's side and is seen as a player who could relieve the burden on Morata's shoulder.

Both West Ham and Chelsea are interested in a loan exchange.

Carroll's £90,000 (N42.9m) weekly salary is a huge weight on The Hammer's payroll and they will directly find a worthy substitute in Batshuayi.

It is seen as the ideal option at Stamford Bridge, as they don't have to pay big to land a centre-forward.
