Report: Sevilla Set To Sign Barca's Aleix Vidal

It looks the time for Aleix Vidal for Barcelona is coming to an end.
The right wing-back has his best season so far for Barcelona, even breaking into the Spain national squad, but a departure seems inevitable with Sergi Roberto and Nelson Semedo also competing for his spot.

Spanish paper Marca reports that Vidal is close to returning to his former team Sevilla, who eye a loan deal with a compulsory purchase option.

The deal concerns a €10 to 15 million euro (4 to 6 billion naira) transfer fee at the end of the loan. The right-back himself wishes to return to Sevilla as well, as he has rejected offers from Napoli and AS Roma.

Vidal even is prepared to settle for an offer less than the ones from the Serie A clubs. Barcelona are in need to sell, after landing the €160 million (N67.9bn) Coutinho.

Vidal is a player who could still generate money.
