Man City's Aguero Won't Face Punishment By English FA

The English Football Association has decided not to charge Sergio Aguero after the Manchester City striker hit out at a Wigan fan after yesterday's FA Cup tie.
After a sensational end of the game, with Wigan knocking out Man City of the tournament (1-0), fans stormed the pitch and one of them received a punch by the Argentinian.

Aguero defended himself yesterday, claiming that he was spat on and verbally abused by the fan.

It is understood that the forward has not ruled out legal action against the supported involved in the incident.

Despite not charging Aguero, the FA decided to charge both Man City and Wigan for failing to control their players following the first-half dismissal of City's Fabian Delph, with both side's players crowding around referee Anthony Taylor.
